A DUI Done Differently at 16th & Mission, 21 November 2012

Standard

Good Evening:

He (bearded, 40-50, stocking cap and dark clothes) drove his vehicle directly to the center of one of San Francisco’s busiest intersections during rush hour on a Friday night, spinning and spinning, riding in circles, charging at oncoming vehicles in a game of chicken and forcing all of them to stop. He charged at buses, two-ton trucks and regular cars, then rode around in circles again, sometimes in reverse, sometimes popping a 45 degree wheelie–

“Wait a minute. He popped wheelies?! 45 degrees?! Can you do that with a car?!”

Oops, sorry, I forgot one tiny detail. He did not drive a car.

He was riding a wheelchair.
